Iam planning to get an nForcer mask, but what IS the real difference between them?:confused:

The nForcer is the better mask, It uses the Spectra lense instead of the Elite lense, which has MUCH better field of view, and it also comes with MUCH more comfortable foam on the inside.. i believe it comes with a thermal lense too, which the nVader does not. I wish i got the nForcer instead of my stupid nVader wich i hate...lol

nForcer for the same reasons spectra lense, better foam.

dont really know about quality or anything.... but to me (a beginner) they look the same... and the nVader is 30 bucks cheaper.... you can buy 2 vaders or 1 forcer....

I don't know about the foam issue, but, the nVader also comes with a Thermal lens. JT started doing that about six or seven months ago.

The question in my mind is Price, if the price is about the same, go with the nForcer because of the Spectra lens.

Personally, since the only real, tangible difference is the lens, I think JT should phase out the nVader.

my nvader has a thermal lense in it. but you should get a nforcer. my lense broke and it took the guy at my feild like 20 mins to find an elite lense.

I applaud JT for having two lines, with the Elite line being the less expensive and more accessible. But, with the nForcer mask, they've really eliminated the need for the Elite masks.

Pig: You're right about the availability of lenses. I have a nVader as my backup mask, I got it before they started shipping them with Thermal lenses. Well, the original lens is scratched, so I decided to I'd get a thermal for it. Couldn't find any locally.

ya, about the issue of thermal lenses on the nvader, my neighbor has an nvader, bought it last summer, and it has thermals, does anybody else noticee that companies seem to put extras and improvements on some products at first, and at different times, one guy has impy 2665-delrin valve, mine-4335-steelvalve
