Apparently these guys came up with the electronics and actually manufactured the frames, the original Boo-Yah owner just handled the marketing aspect and screwed over these guys too. Upon speaking to Dave though, he has a limited guarantee on the boo-yah trigger frame and will honor all servicing, he will soon have a website up and he seems to be a real sincere guy.

I think there trying to trick you into sending your gun. They say they serve "boo yah" but the real companies name is "boo yaah". Or maybe you just cant spell.

Especially when all you have to do is send in the trigger frame, besides you can always call the Better Business Bureu in their state to find out that particular companies history of complaints. The guy I spoke to Dave sounded like an alright guy, and he owns the machine shop where they were manufactured.
