Boo Yah owners fear not your trigger frames can be serviced through:

Mako Paintball Products
4041 Dupage ave
Lombard Illinois 60148
tel # 630 705 9293 speak to Dave or Kim

Apparently these guys came up with the electronics and actually manufactured the frames, the original Boo-Yah owner just handled the marketing aspect and screwed over these guys too. Upon speaking to Dave though, he has a limited guarantee on the boo-yah trigger frame and will honor all servicing, he will soon have a website up and he seems to be a real sincere guy.

Glad to hear it. It'd good to see a company take actions when needed, unlike the distributor.

Use your moms car?

Radio shack should have them, or you can order one from the company.

when i say i do not have a car, i mean i really dont have a car. my mom doesn't, my stepdad doesnt; we live in NYC and take public transportation everywhere. the last car we had was a brown station wagon named the "brown cow" which needed to be repaired in some way each time we tried to use it, which was less than once a month, and we sent that to the junkyard about eight years ago....

anyway, who should i contact for the charger, boo-yah or mako?

Boo-yaah hasn't gone anywhere. However it doesn't matter to me, the owner of my usual one stop pro shop knows how to fix and repair electronics and program boo-yaahs. Boo-yaah switched distributers, they havn't gone out of business and never intended to rip us off. The frame is great, just a little on the delicate side. Piranha pro, great thread on mods man, that's cool. Do you work in a shop or just tinker a lot? You know a lot more than most, it seems I can finally ask questions here without people getting confused. What kind of reg would you recomend (i have no plans to go lp, my sts is a back up) I just need to get a few more shots out of the tank. Also, My rapid firing is thrashing the ram, how can I remedy this if you would be so kind, thanx.

Thanks, I just like to mess with my guns.

You're running nitro right? A great reg is a AKA Sidewinder. Its about 90 bucks at g3pb.com. It is really worth the money. However, if you want a cheaper reg, go for an Air America Vigilante. They are about 50 bucks, and perform great for the money.

yes, they are gone. yes they intended to rip us off. no they arent switching distributors, they ARE the distributors. they up and ran, leaving their manufacturer (mako) with a bunch of frames. mako has decided to market the stuff themselves, since booh yah created quite the market for them.

That's just what I heard from the shops in town, sniper. There are a lot of rumours going around. I am being told they switched and will still repair and authorize exchanges and returns so I am still hanging onto the reciept after 3 frames. Call it wishful thinking or blind faith, but someone keeps my boo-yaah up and running.

Mako will repair all Boo-Yah frames, and is in the process of getting a website up.

Yes Centerflag makes the hyperframe for piranhas and other markers. And they are not plastic.

my booyaah just arrived, i put it on, but i have a problem with the bottom line...the screws are too long and i need to get a longer hose from my foregrip to the bottomline. I'm glad i use a remote, so tht I will be able to play even if the bottomline isn't attached, although that will be reeeeaaally ghetto, and i won't be able to use my stock.
