It was about 60 degrees the other day and the first 40 shots or so i was shooting snow out of my 98c and then it stopped after 40, is this supposed to happen and does it hurt velocity or anything??

no thats not a good thing it means ur getting co2 into ur gun and it isn't fully chnging into gas,u need an expansion chamber to let the liquid turn into gas.

It's not the end of the world, but the o-rings and other wear & tear stuff don't like it. Get anti-siphon tubing in your Co2 tanks or (and) an expansion chamber.

Won't hurt your gun too much but will hurt velocity

so will just an antisiphon tank completely take care of this problem?

Anti siphon tanks help out a great deal if you have serious problems related to liquid Co2. But even if you have the anti-siphon in your tank, and your going to be playing in cold weather, your gun will not function at optimum performance due to the fact that your running on Co2 (and in cold weather) It will help out, but not to the point were you can say it's perfect.

that is one of the bad things about Co2, it's temperature sensitive. If you plan on playing in cold weather, and running on Co2. Then getting a anti-siphon tube installed, and using a X chamber or remote line will help out with the problem you have now.
