all messed up.

and somehow in a blind mind i sart stripping off all the piant.


and also my palmer - 88$~!!!! and drop 30!!!! is all covered.

i feel like ****e....

man. how will i be able to buy new shells and possible a palmer and drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

does the clear coat feel rough? if yes, go over it with a can of clear coat and itll be smoother

Man sounds bad. So who or what is kingtime? Anyway, they must really not know what they're doing by the sounds of things.(if they were the ones that did it) So just the clearcoats messed it up because I seen the pic in the forums of your marker. It looked good there.
Maybe do what Eryk said by sanding it a little bit and recoating it yourself.
Well looks like i'll be scrapping any last idea i had of painting my marker. I guess it'll remain beadblasted.

How is it bad? Everything I have ever seen done by Kingtime has been great. And why will you need new shells? Just because you started stripping the paint doesn't mean you need new shells. The same for the reg and drop. Why would everything be "ruined" just because of a "bad" paintjob? I don't see how everything can be "ruined." Care to explain?

Clarify that. What do you mean by "ruined" ? And if you are talking about stripping the paint, that can be done with the proper stuff in less than an hour. 'Tis what I did.

i guess you will have to polish em... to bad ;)

that sux though... i think that if i were to get mine done, i would get a powder coat job... a little more expensive, but will last forever (or a really long time)

sand off the lettering... dont worry about the crevices...

paint color first, then sand off the lettering...

or you could put vaseline on the lettering and then paint.

You wasted your time sanding it? Why didn't you just get an industrial strength paint thinner? I used Jasco Paint and Epoxy Thinner and that took maybe 10-15 minutes per half. As long as you don't get the stuff on your skin (it will burn) you are fine.
