Why does 32 degrees/Nation paintball supply customer service suck so bad? The connecting pin on my Rebel LE broke and I order another one like 2-2 1/2 months ago and I still have not got it. I have emailed them about 20 times asking. I have also called there about 10 times. Their customer service is horse crap. I guess I'll keep trying until I get one. :pissed:

they are working on fixing that.

we are an nps dealer, and they are soliticiting stores who want to sign up as authorized repair centers. we did that yesterday and are waiting to hear back from them.

theoretically, they will refer you to a store/dealer in your area who can help you quickly.

I was wondering what grip frames fit on Rebels? I dont think spyder grip frames due to the concave in the grip frame. I need a new one please help!!!!12

Well I finally got my connecting pin after I ordered in May. But they sent me the wrong pin. They sent the top cocking one for the standard Rebel instead of the rear cocking for the LE. So I had to grind half of it off.

I don't think Spyder Grip frames fit Rebels. Is your stock grip frame broke or something?

No but I want a different grip because mine sucks because I want Dye stickies. If you know or find anything about this I would really appreciate it if you would tell me. Thanx.:)

yeah my trigger ping broke like 3 months ago. they finalled shipped it to my dealer, who in turn will ship it too me. the first one is free, but every other one i need will be 8 bucks.

i just left a message on their answering machine about my connecting pin which broke on my Deluxe. damn i wanted to play soon but it doesn't look like i'll be playing til after christmas god damnit

im probably gonna just buy a spyder compact and play damnit:pissed:

If you want to get dye stickies and you have an LE then I think you can. If your grip is a 45 grip frame then yes and make sure you get a spyder dye sticky.

I finally got my pin in September after my first email to them was in February or March. Really pathetic huh? It not only took them 6 months to send the part, they sent the wrong one. They sent the connecting pin for the normal rebel (the top-cocking one). I had to gind it down until it fit. I got fed up and got my Xtra which is a lot better than any Rebel I have seen.

that's funny, my friend called them and they sent him a pull rod strut and a sear in 3 days

also you can get the parts from the company you bought it from, i know 888 will send you a crap load of extra parts for you

and one final note, my local shop doesn't carry rebels but they tried to get me to trade them my used rebel deluxe (black) for a new spyder extra or spyder special edition. i refused both offers because of a lack of customer service from kingmann. and also i personally don't dislike spyders but they are lacking in some things
