dremel bits attached to a bench press drill for most cuts ... on some other cuts... good old dremel by hand

The GZ milling isn't exactly my cup of tea but that's pretty cool Stunna, props to you
If I was getting some custom milling done I'd get something really aggressive... like suprbugman's pride style or the like...

lol.. never thought anyone would ask.. i went to a full tube of disk... of course.. i broke most of them before they really got worn... and i had to change disk often since the metal was so thick that smaller disk wouldnt do much anyway... so yeah... i would say i went though a full tube

Look @ the bonebrake, reflex and gs bushy's as well as the other ones, you could kinda of combine 'em or get some cool looking milling from them, don't copy exact tho, it's not cool and it's illegal:D

This is the first stage...most of the major cuts have been done and burrs removed. It took me 2-3 hours to do...i lost track of time.
Tell me what ya think...

Hey Sir Stunna, how did you get your finish as good as it is? I have 600 and 800 grit sandpaper...that is what i was thinking of using to get out the minor scratches.

600.. damnn.. i use like 80 right after dremeling to even out the surface and used 180 to smooth it out

Alright thanks. I still need to even it out just a bit more and im going to use a wire polishing brush bit that i picked up.
I think ill start out with 80, then 180, 400, then wet sand it with 600. It should be real nice then.
Ill post pics when its does.
My third stage will be some sort of engraving to make the front look cooler.

like i said.. i have competition now :D
but nice job though, to polish it.. get a dremen and polishing bit.. get some metal polish like the one i mentioned above and polish it like u would polish a car.. apply it and use the bit to rub/smooth it in.. u'll need to apply it after everytime u play
as for customizing.. bust out the dremel and some cutting disk!!

lol aight! your on sir stunna.. i gota go buy myself a dremel. are all dremels good? like i see many w/ different attributes, mainly the rpms. what's a good rpm? i don't really care if my body comes out pretty bad, lol i'll just buy a new one :)
i was thinking of cutting a hole in the tray, maybe so that the chip can slide out, or you put the battery there instead. so that's its easier access.. lol how woudl i cover it tho? like to have an opening/closing door of some type
Sir Stunna Lot
11-22-2003, 10:14 PM
dont be cheap on dremels... buy a good one made in the US of A with a high rpm
as for your project... ::shrugss:: good luck!
