I've used 800paintball.com in the past. They're located in West Palm Beach, Fla., so regular group shipping to St. Petersburg, Fla, where I live, is usually overnight or second day. But, lately I've encounted lots of problems getting through to them. I was on hold for more than one hour today (I wanted to order some Diablo Blaze) and then when the guy finally answered the phone, he said they'd stopped carrying Diablo paint, and in it's place they were offereing NelSplat.
A couple of weeks ago I called them to inquire about a barrel, I called around 2 p.m. but they're voice mail kept coming on and saying I'd called after normal business hours.
I'd also e-mailed them several times and got no response.
In disgust, I called Paintballgear.com, got a sales rep on the second ring, was assured my Blaze would be shipped today and would arrive no later than Thursday of next week. I normally buy all my stuff from BBT, but this time I didn't want to wait seven working days for my paint.
