The Omen is a closed bolt, sear tripping blow-back. It is just a very good blowback. If you want to understand how it works, then read this thread: http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=158513&highlight=Omen+works.

which blazers take cocker threads? they must be special, because all blazers i've seen don't have threads, they are just a straight pipe and the breech has a clamping type deal that locks the barrel into place...

and, do bushmasters use cocker threads too? or do they have a special threading?

But, some Bushys have Cocker threading, like if you order directly from ICD you can get a Bush w/Cocker threading for like an extra $50.
