SS Hose, the microline restricts airflow and can burst as can macroline (not very common, but can happen) and neither are as rugged. On the flip side, you can't cut SS hoses.

Ya, when getting new hose, make sure you get the correct size, so measuring older hose may be needed.Co2 can wear away the plastic on macro/micro line. S.S is the best way to go. A guy on here, if I remember correctly, had macroline hooked up to his angel. He set it down, and the hose burst and the thing flew off into the woods (or something similar to that). I would just stick with good old trusty steel braided hoses.;)

I say go macroline: its very flexible and doesn't leak or break easily. Mine broke off when it was slammed to the icy ground in freezing weather. Steel braided hoses work well to but if you twist it the wrong way it'll get screwed. It does last a while though. You can always cut the macroline to the right size too. You're choice.

Steel Braid, I knew a guy who had the mircoline on his automag(running CO2) blowout right next to his ear, he couldn't hear for a couple of days as I recall.

for CO2 you can usa a ss hose or a micro line. i have seen a macroline burst. but a micro line will probobly not burst.

I don't see how macroline can burst. It's hard plastic. I'd say SS, but Macro is great. Micro restrics flow.

ya, i have been next to a macroline when it burst. not a good thing, any how, ss is the best way to go as a microline does restrict flow, not a problem on open bolt blowbacks unless you have an e-trigger. basically if you don't go above 7 bps, a microline is perfectly fine.
