What else could I add to my spyder...

I have:

Spyder Compact 2k

- Stock Powerfeed body
- Dye trigger frame
- dry stickies
- stabalizer
- modded VA (higher flowing)
- modded stock bolt (removed venturi, tapped for cocking rod, made rear cocking)
- KAPP 45 SS cocking rod
- KAPP f/x beavertail
- pmi perfect drop

what else could i add for performance?

how can i lower the pressure? ( i have the stab..what else do i need??)

Thanks in advance..i want to make one sweet backup :)

**BTW i decided to stay w/ the stock powerfeed body instead of the BL Millenium** :D

For you to go LP you need a turbo valve and a spring kit. You could always do a trigger job on it too. What kind of barrel do you have for it?

I would like to get a turbo valve for my spyder. I wouldt have gotten the dye frame though. i would get the boo-yaah frame. PLus get a new barrel fo anything else the J&J ceramic is really good. Look at my signatue to take a look at my fine spyder. I wouldnt trade it for anything. Get the chrome boo-yaah at action village

ummm, as far as i know the mitey max isnt a valve, its a low pressure chamber made by akalmp. the valve that akalmp makes is the tornado valve. you should get a valve and LPC. and since you want your gun on co2, maybe an anti-syphon tube?

There's an adjustable back stop in the DYE frames, but no adjustable front stop. I'm sure you would also want a sear rest, as that would shorten the trigger pull as well. :)

Getting nitrogen or not will not change how your Spyder runs off on CO2... If you still need to, you can screw in a CO2 tank and be just fine...

To go LP, you need high flowing parts to allow your gun to recock at lower pressures, and a regulator to adjust the pressure. :) In addition to your list, you also need a high flowing vertical adapter. You need as little air obstruction as possible.

springs help by ur striker moving easier with less resistance and makes it eassier to move ur valve pin which pushes the striker back with a small amount of forceallowing ur gun to use less pressure cuz there is less resistance.

their isnt any frame that compares, to the electronic frame, and trigger pull. On my boo-yaah mine is almost a blow trigger. You cant do a better trigger job than whats on an electronic buddy. sorry

My VA is modded and already very high flowing

i like the trigger on my dye, i think it is fine and short enough..but ill look into it if im bored :)

Nitro.....well if nitro fills are available then i will use my primary marker..inless it breaks down of course (but it wont)....so when nitro isn't available ill use co2 on my spyder..so i dont think ill ever use nitro on it caue if i can get nitro fills, i will use other marker

would i need any other parts to make it higher flowing so it would cock? guess i gota try it to find out

What Spyder are you using? If you're using the newer type Spyders using the smaller strikers, I dont' recommend that you use the Tornado. People have complained about it not working and stuff with the smaller strikers. You got like a 50% chance of it working. The Mitey-Max LPC itself will do nothing, however, the vertical adapter will help with airflow lots. :)

No, no, no. It's the Tornado valve that's picky with strikers. All turbo valves should work with your gun... :)

Is the mightey max just for looks or something? When Asstricks (PBC) sold his gun he had one on there..are they kinda like the sentimal volumizers for the matrix??

Already sold his Spyder, and for a leaky Impulse. :( It's doubtful that your modified vertical adapter is as high flowing as the compact Mitey-Max, as all the compact Mitey-max is is a hole. :D Anyways, if you're going to just get the LPC, don't. No point in it, as it doesn't do anything that your stock LPC doesn't...

Yah, Asstricks had a pretty nice Spyder..He needed a new trigger frame tho!! he sitll had the stock one and it looked very ugly!

Too bad he only got like 190$ (or something) when he wanted 250$.......
