Is the smartparts stainless barrel good 4 a tl+, or should i get a DYE xcel??????????/

I believe the excel is large bore and the smart parts is medium. What paint do you normally use?

the stainless steel barrel is a good barrel my cousin has one on his shutter and he likes it very much. it is fairly quiet, accurate, but the shine is the bad part about the barrel it reflexs and makes u very noticeable. the dye excel is also a good barrel it is about $40 dollars cheaper. i have a 12 inch j&j ceramic and a 14 inch 32* terminater barrels that work very good they're pretty quiet, accurate, and have a good price. another good barrel is the custom products barrel is it just like the ceramic and the terminater, but getting a barrel comes down to personal choice.

Dont matter if you get Stainless steel or not. I guess if you play woods its kinda bad making it reflect. But Like Tony said I would recommend the Custom Products barrel or the 32 degrees terminator.
