I was going to buy a Mag from him, and the deal was basically closed, all that needed to happen was for him to ship the mag (COD). He then didn't talk to me for a couple days and IMed me 3 days after he said he'd ship it telling me he'd sold it at his local field.

I wouldn't deal with him again.

What's your problem? It's not like you were at loss of any money! He probably sold it to someone at his local field due to a better offer. Pssh. I think you're just pissed that you got out bid on your offer. :| You would've done the same, everyone would've. Besides, you yourself said it was basicly closed. Not fully.

So the break down.

Him: Informed you that he sold it to someone else, probably for more money.

You: Pissed off that you didn't get what you hoped for and now want to wreck him. Not at a financial loss.

The jury decides: You lose, tough world isn't it, maybe the world isn't fair, but that's how it goes and I won't say he's a bad trader for it. It was still his gun anyway.
