Has any company ever tried to make a paintball like a golf ball>? It would really help range.
What do you guys think?

The ball wouldnt seal in the barrel, using a lot of gas to propel it.
You wouldnt be able to find a good paint match, as well as using TONS of gas. Sounds good...not quite possible

It would seal.
why couldn't u find a good paint match.
get a peice of PVC the size of a golf ball and then put a golf ball in it. Though not a flat surface, if the largest diamater was near that of the barrel it would or should seal itself. (think about it)

Putting dimples in paintballs would be a waste of time and money since it would offer no benefits at all

It wouldnt seal. It wont seal because of the dimples. Where its dimpled it, it wont touch the barrel.
