I am able to get 200 rounds PMI/RPS premiums (med. bore) for about $7.00, thats the most I would spend for good quality paint, cus thats just me. Well anyways, would 200 rounds last me a whole day of rec. play with the flatlines accuracy, flat trajectory, and long-range shooting; you know playing like a sniper? :goody:
ya im thinking of getting the flatline!!! But I dont wanna spend to much money on paint

If you can do one shot one kill, then you can have 200 kills. That will be a very good day.
But not with a paintball gun, I can tell you that.

I would say no. I go through around half a case a day of rec ball (that's 1000). My friend uses a bit more than a quarter case (around 600-750). I play way more aggressively then he does, though neither of us have flatlines.
You are going to spend way more money on paint than you ever imagined during your time playing paintball. Just cause flatlines shoot farther doesn't mean you will shoot less. I'd think you'd shoot more since there will be more targets within your range to shoot.
And since I know there will be heavy flames coming soon, let me get this in before the thread is closed...
It comes down to you. If you try to be a "sniper" I doubt you'll have much of any chance to sneak up on, engage and successfully "snipe" anyone (one shot, one kill) in a 15 minute rec game while moving slowly under the cover of you ghilli suit, avoiding the firefight because of your amazing stealth tactics. Rec games just don't last that long. You should look into scenario games which last 24 hours. It takes a lot of discapline to not move for 2 or 3 hours waiting for the enemy to walk by in order to ambush them. Not saying you can't be what ever you want, however... While you are stalking, everyone else will be playing in a rec game.
If you want to play a day of paintball with only 200 shots, I suggest getting a stock class marker and going from there.

i would personally go through that much in a single game of rec ball. (some games i use 20 balls, soem games 250+)
