the bore size on it is .690 what is the best paint for it?? i have all stars which suck and have used nel splat which is ok.

Well anyways all stars are very small bore. You should try some PMI premium advantage. And also you dont need a 16 inch barrel its to long, wont give any "advantage" over a 12 inch barrel.
