Do you have an O-ring on the bottle? If so, check it and see if there is any damage. You can get O-Rings at Wal-Mart.

Get a bottle/tank oring.
If that does not fix it, take off the vertical adaptor (the peice u screw ur CO2 tank into, which u call a jack), and put some loctite or teflon tape on the threads, then screw it back in.
If you do not know what loctite or teflon tape are, basically loctite is removable glue that you can get in a small bottle at home depot, and you put it on the threads of the vertical adaptor, screw it back in, and let it dry for a few hours.
At home depot they should know what loctite is.
Teflon tape is the same as loctite, but comes in rolls, and is not liquid, as it is a non sticky tape.
As both are sold at home depot, i would reccomend loctite; its cheaper, and easier to use.
