View Full Version : PMI Turbo Valve
On my Pirahna VTL G2 i'm looking for some upgrades. I do not want to go with an LP setup but I saw the turbo valve and i was wondering if it's worth it for me to get one with just using co2, or if it wouldnt make much of a difference, and if it did, how would it improve my guns performance? Also, is it worth it to get the alumimum trigger frame? Or is there not much of a difference with the stock trigger frame that i have right now?
I would appreciate any help somebody can give me, thankyou.

A turbo valve does nothing if you don't have an LP setup. Buy some dye sticky's and a maddmann spring kit with that 20 bucks...better upgrades:)
The aluminum frame allows for a smoother pull, but not by much. Personally I love my aluminum frame, but it isnt needed.
Are the dye stickies really that much more comfortable? And where can i get the maddman spring kit? And how much better would that be than the spring I already have in there right now?

IMO I think the dye stickys are very comfortable, but thats me.
You can get the Madmann spring kit at countypaintball.com or g3pb.com The kit comes with a trigger spring, sear spring, 2 valve springs and 3 striker springs. Eventually you'll have to replace all the mostly all the springs in your gun. When I installed the new trigger and sear springs IT reduced my trigger pull just a tad bit, but it was alot smoother.
Thanks alot for your help.
Im just wondering tho, i found the maddman spring kit at g3pb.com, and i'm wondering is that as fast and reliable as xpaintball.com? or will I be waiting for a few weeks and or have any other problems?

I think it should be faster than xpaintball.com since You gotta call. And if you call You can see if they have the spring kit in stock. I havent heard any bad things about g3pb and they have great prices so I say just order from them.

If you aren't going to go LP, no need to buy a spring set. If you really want to buy a spring set, get the Chameleon spring set, or something like that. Comes with main springs, the only springs you'll need if you're never intending on going LP. First upgrade that you'll probably want is a barrel...
thanks alot for the help guys
i appreciate it
