is smart parts making any changes to the impulse for 2003?

they only make upgrade for impulses by the serial number. for instance i have a IMP0003611. they didnt start the new designs until 6000 get it

if they made any changes u wouldve seen em if anything they will redesign the impulse for 2004 like putting the electronics in the grip frame or something
