I finally tried wearing a pair of gloves and I hate em! how can you stand shooting with full fingered gloves?! my fingers feel so fat and numb, I cant' get a good feelign for a trigger, no matter what marker it is. (c98, outlaw, automag). I personally will put up with the splinters and fingernail dirt and shots to my hand, and go gloveless.

I use fingerless Armored gloves and love them. Its nice to take a knuckle shot and not have it tickle. Try fingerless, I can imagine how fullfingered might suck.:|

I also like em for being able to put my free hand down for balance or walking on all three's.:D

i cant stand gloves too. even if they are fingerless.

but it sucks because i only get hit in two places... my mask, and my hands.

ive been hit point blank in the hand by a newbie. i was going to bunker her, and i tapped her on her shoulder and told her to surrender. then i get shot! i still have a scar from it

btw this girl asked me out the day ealier and i turned her down. so i think she was trying to get me back or something

Ive seen the scars from point blank hand shots, most of them were from guys putting there hand over the barrel and accidently pulling the trigger tho. One kid lost his barrel plug to his automag rt so he stuck his finger down the barrell. While he was walkin he tripped and shot his finger... twice.

heh, my friend shot himself in the palm with his Talon, he figured it was such a cheap gun, it couldn't possibly have enough velocity to hurt, well he was DEAD WRONG, lmao, broke his skin and bruised his entire palm...probably couldn't masturbate for a few days.

I've been shot several times in the hand...always my right hand ( I use both hands too fire the marker too, so that's odd) It's never hurt very much...I find that getting shot in the left buttcheek by your own teammate hurts more. >_< (partly my fault though, misscommunication)

Let me guess, he mis-interpreted "go for that bunker on the left" as "shoot me in the bum"?

I used to wear fingerless gloves. Until the time I got bunkered and shot in the fingertip from 10" away. It splayed open the skin down to the muscle and didn't stop bleeding for a full 24 hrs. And the thing is the guy wasn't even shooting hot, a ref ran over and chronoed him and he was at 293. Now I wear full finger gloves.

Where I play I gotta wear gloves. We play in the forest and there are a lot of nettles which sting the he!! out of you if you touch them with any exposed skin. I wear a pair of batting gloves so they're pretty light weight and have little holes in them so my hands don't get too hot but the holes are small enough that the nettles don't sting my hands. I don't wear gloves though because i'm afraid of getting hit in the hand, just to protect my hands from the plants.

I prefer to wear gloves. but about 80% of the time I don't because with the gloves on, my fingers are fat to the point where I can't get it through the trigger guard.

That being said, every game of paintball that I have played, I have always got shot in the hand somewhere:pissed:

But oh well life goes on :blah:
