I always heard about theses people who have thes insane $5000 set ups and stuff. But I thought that they were Just the pros. Untill last week. I went to my local field and i was waiting for everyone to show up so we could start playing .Then 8 guys walk up with guileey suits and camo everything with these metal Brief cases.Im thinkin to myself "Im dead". Anyway they all started setting up and there pulling out there guns of theses brief cases.
This wut the guns looked like they had. Tri pod,Snipeing scope,Boomstick,some custom m16 or replica gun body,viewloader 16 vlt,bottom line feed inside the butt of the gun.ELcd Electro Trigger. And sum other crazy stuff. And they had everything Anodized camo caoloured.or painted in camo. Anyway when the game started they all set up some where( I wasent on there team) and i was jus walking around at the begining like 3 secs in and "WACK" right in the side of the head. They musta been like 200 feet away. Well that was probably the biggest waist of my time and money cuz i never saw any1 or killed any1. i only bought a 100 rounds which i dident even get 2 use. So all i am doing is warning u that ther are people out there that you allways hear about. And if u see them . Your best bet is Just to walk away. You wont survive!!!!

Did you only play one game? How big was the field? Did they chrono in? If they did and it was below 300, I doubt they could break a ball on you from that far away.

We played like 6 games. I dont know about there speed but it seemed fine. i got hit from about 20 i think and it stung like usual.
The field was about 300 and 100 wide.

there is this rich subdivision next to me with snotty brats and they have all of these special guns and everything, I don't know what kind, but I'm assuming they are on the professional level b/c they put like 20 rounds on target per second and are very accurate. You probably played on a field. I like the woods and that's all I've ever played on. Okay, so me, Aaron, and Ryan went out, I had the Armson like always (at first I hated the pump) and the best we had was a ProCarbine. These five rich kids come up with like these expensive guns, scoped or sighted with laser sights and they were talkin' junk bout us. These guys had sound tactics, knew how to move well, were sorta quiet, used their surroundings, and basically, were realy good. Needless to say, we go our asses whipped bad. Cept they never found me, I ran away cause this was only my third game.

The cool thing about expensive setups is, you dont have to have them :) I have what you would probably consider expensive setups:

I played just as good with my tippmann 98(Im not saying 98's are as good as micromags or mags!), other than the lack of paint I could sling out in a second.

Assuming people w/nice setups are rich brats, right.

I play as hard as i can w/my nice setup. it cost me over 800, but is works really well. i try as hard as i can to play good, but i still don't vary above good. i bleed, sweat and payed for my setup, so everytime you see some 14 year old w/a nice gun, just think that maybe they did hpayfor it. And if that kid has Richy C on the back of his jersey, run in terror :dizzy:

I play a lot with people who have $600-$1800 setups, and some shoot tons of paint (especially in tournies). They are Novice/Ameteur level players (mostly novice).

Im the kinda person that he wishes he had a nice setup.
But i am jus t 15 now(sept 3) And i only get 70canadian bucks a week(canadian). O well my pmi g2 is good enough. And completley upgradeable

most kids with good set ups suck at my field. this guy once brought one of those m16 guns and he sucked *** he got shot on the break like every time. it is just a illustrator or spyder in like a 800 m16 body
