I just got my All American 14'' w/ freak front the other day. I was wondering what would be the best paint to use on this barrel. I was suprised to see this gun with this barrel miss the tree 50 yards away 1 out of 10 times. I guess thats what 500 bucks will get you. Anyway I have the non vision pulse with 20 oz anti-syphon co2 and drop forward, 12 v revw/ x. What would be the next best upgrade, nitrogen or a equalizer bolt. Thanks to anyone that helps me!!!!

personally uve made the first best move, new barrel, next on regular marker would be a reg or a trigger frame but the imp already has both of those down pat, if u still have the stock trigger id say go for a new designz fat blade trigger it rocks and then nitrogen then go nuts on internals then get an lpr to stop chopping somewhat

and the best paint would be any medium bore paint

The best paint to use depends on what insert you have in. Next is a Blade trigger, than LPR.

its an all american sIc theres no inserts like i said medium bore paint works best

acualy i would have rather got internals befor the barrle but ya get the internals next with a trigger (but those are cheep so....)

What internals are there besides a new bolt, and hammer. The guy at my paintball store said a delrin bolt w/ brass hammer would be the next best thing. Im thinking about the equalizer bolt, does anyone know if this makes a difference? Thanks for everyones help!

Oh and one more thing, it seems like ever since i got the aa barrel, i chop balls easier, like when i start pulling over 13 bps. I only have a revvy x but it didnt chop as much before my new barrel. Can the barrel make the balls chop? Thanks

Are you sure you're chopping and not just breaking them in the barrel?

How do i know if im chopping them or breaking them inside the barrel?

after u break paint take off the barrel and look down it

if the barrel has some spots of paint and the whole inside of the gun is drenched in paint then ur chopping if the inside of ur gun is clean and all theres a lot of paint in ur barrel then ur breaking paint clean out the barrel and try and different kind of paint if its chopping try lowerin the pressure or getting an lpr or a vision eye or an evoII

When a ball breaks, its hard to tell where it breaks at. What would make it break in the barrel, and how could i prevent this?

If it's all over the bolt and breech, you chopped. If it's mostly just inside the barrel, it was a barrel break.

This is caused by the paint being too big for your barrel. Either use small paint, or a larger bore barrel.

Get a New Designs blade trigger and a New desgins delrin bolt. That should run you about 50 bucks from any online store, then later get a VFF, vision then nitro.

your ignorant, you cant use a vff on the new imps, it doesnt work. it's just a pricey 15* adapter, it doesnt have the same tapped hole in the new bodies.


nd pro delrin or equalizer should run you 40 bucks

Blade anywhere from 25-35

Hammer, Brass or ss around 30-40

buy Nitro before you start putting money into your internals though.
