y0 everyone i ust wanat to sey tat i am a reel snipper. i use my m98 with flatlien barral and i evn have a lacpo drop foward with a stock onit so i can shoulder my gun and shoot all the peope with angles and cockers, ohg yeah i even have a scope so i watch people and they dunt expect me to shot tthem but then when i start shotting then they run and i laugh and then shot them in the nuts and they cry, then after the game i tell them dunt mess with me cuz i am a snipper you should just sell your exepnsive gun and get a reel snipers rifle so you can be good at paintball liek me.

did i menthion i have a cool ghille suit that i made myslef out of leaves and chicken wire it relaly helps me blend in wieth the forest so i am virtuallyt invincible. i even maede a litlte one for my goggles. oh yeah i warpped up my gun in camo tape so its all camo too. one teim i dropped and i couldnt find it cuz it blneded in so well with the forest!!!

what are your tactics? Do you need a ghillie? Hell, I don't use a ghille and I'm still invisable. And a realy sniper won't be a blow hole and spit crap like that. A real sniper is quiet, concealed, intelligent. I would like to play you as soon as I find a gun. (I barrow one usually). Where do you live hotshot? Anbd real palyers don't spit this crap, only newbie girly-girls who wnat to post crap on a forum b/c they know if they do it in person, they can't back it up.

you have to be natural I'm talking about a real sniper (this is from a scout/sniper) not paintball. But I was encouraged to play paintball b/c it helps train you for a career in the military. Anyway, ghillie suits are burlap and netting on a BDU. A stalker as I will call them (sniper in paintball) tracks his quarry over long distances and puts one shot on target. I used a South African Gun with a drilled barrel, although I am looking at the Tippman 98 Sniper

I'm not a sniper, sniper's don't exist in paintball. I'm a stalker who likes to take long-range shots, how about that? I'm just a normal guy who hunts people and is point man. I'm a scout, I gather intelligence, make a shot, and leave.

Anyhow invincible and invisable are two very different things. One you can't be hurt, and the other you can't be seen.
We've had this arguement too many times and I'm sick of it. I'm changing the name. There are no snipers in paintball anymore, from now on, there are Paintball Ninjas. A paintball ninja is a player who uses stealth and speed to eliminate his opponents, rather than range and distance like the snipers of the media.

it annoys me to see how narrow minded alot of you are, and how everyone jumped onto the lets bash chris bandwagon.

where it may be dumb and impossible to play the role of a "sniper" in speedball and rec ball, it is certainly possible to take on this role in a scenerio game.

scenerio games usually take place on huge fields, where a "sniper" would be useful for relaying back infomation (over a 2 way radio I hope) about the enemy base status, enemy formations, that sort of thing.

"hey guys I think most of the guys guarding their base are leaving for lunch break, rush their general now!"

did you know the primary role of a sniper in hostage rescue situations is not to take out the terrorist but to relay back infomation since he has the best field of vision?

since sceneroi games are hosted outdoors, usually in forests, whats gonna keep him from popping a few guys as they walk by his concealed location?

which brings me a point that interests me. wouldnt there be alot of wiping? some dude gets hit by a paintball, he looks around, ge sees no one, he wipes?

that must suck.


oh and Im not a sniper, I mostly play speedball and I play an "dumb aggressive game" since Im pretty quick.

Letsput it this way, all the snipers suck at speedball, all the speedballers suck at smiping, i play speedball almost exclusivly, because i like 2-3 elimitantios in 5 minutes, not 2-3 every hour

Acully when i play rec i play senerio and big games. And i only play them when they are on that would be 15% of the time. Other than that i play speed ball. Also rec ball is ok and i am pretty fricking good at it considering it is slow as hell.
