Definetly CP. It's awesome, performance and looks. The company is awesome too. The J&J is nice, but I don't like how they look. Un shiny
Shot both, J and J is more accurate, but tends to break balls a little more. CP is better in everything else except accuracy (which is just a tiny amount.)

I'll tell you what I know, as I've used both the J&J and CP.
You will see very similer performance from both (provided both have the same paint/barrel matching). I like the looks of the CP more. . .some may like the look of the Ceramic more. And you may not find the CP for $32 like you can the Ceramic (firstcallpaintball.com). But the Cermic doesn't come with a barrel bag. Either way, they're both kick a$s for the price.
It'd probably be helpfull to note that I used the J&J Ceramic on an Autococker running on Co2 and Palmer stab with about $200 of extra stuff on it. The CP I own is on a Spyder with Co2 and Force III bolt. The Ceramic with fresh Marbilizers, the CP with fresh Slam, both with a very similer barrel match (fairly loose). Would the CP be more consistant on a closed bolt pnuematic gun like a cocker? Perhaps. I still saw no noticable difference in performance between the two.

You can get CP's in any bore size. Get a large bore CP and it'll do you wonders.
