What makes the freeflow run at 30-90 psi? And is there a way i can get my black magic to run at that psi?

Thats just the cocking pressure. And it isn't really the cocking pressure in itself that is significant, its the mass and force of the internals being moved.
So, what you want to do is have a very light mainspring, an adjustable front reg, and probably an adjustable main reg because the veloctiy will change with the different springs.
This will allow you to have a low cocking pressure.

so basically all you need is a spring kit and an adjustable pneumatics reg because the stock BM inline reg is adjustable.
