Hola,

Just asking a few questions about the Eclipse BLADE Cocker. First off, I live in England so getting one shipping wise won't be hard.

What do you guys think of the Eclipse? Think it's worth the price tag? From what i've read, it mostly has the same internals as an Evolution X. Also, Would it be worth somebody not used to a Cocker trigger, getting the Blade? I mean, there's nothing to lose, if you jump from a Spyder to one, right? My mate is a Cocker newbie you see, and myself don't know much about the Blades or Hinges. Does the Blade make timing a lot harder, if yes, what do I have to change from timing a normal one? My dad also is sales manager to Arrow precision / Belsales, if I get a sweet deal, would an Evo × be worth it?

Thanks in advance for being arsed to reply

EvoX's are great cockers. I haven't really heard anything about the blade cocker and i've only seen pictures of it.

If you get a good deal on the EvoX i would say go for, but make sure you get a vert feed.

Yeah, i've read that its kinda tricky to time a hinge trigger, but really you don't have to time it a lot. Just everytime you make adjustments to your cocker.

I would buy whichever one you can get a better deal on. Based purely on looks though i would get the eclipse.

I would say buy the Eclipse Cocker.

The ony way that you'd get a sweet deal on an evolution x is if you buy a used one (which sometimes isn't always the best way to go) or if, like you said, you know someone that has connections with the company a.k.a your dad.

The Eclipse Blade is an evolution X with better milling, plus a hinge, and of course it has a significantly lower price than the evolution X ($300 i think??). The downside to this is that even though you live in the UK don't you have to wait to get the Eclipse Blade cocker like everyone else on the waiting lists?? Unless of course you English ppl get special treatment or something.

So unless you don't like the hinge trigger, which you could always swap with a single trigger (think how many people are waiting to get their hands on a blade hinge??) you could sell it new, for a good price giving you cash to buy a single.

Seems funny though. All the good cockers always have a waiting list (black magic, eclipse blade, etc.)

Right, it looks like i'm going for an Eclipse then. If I did get an EvoX, it'd have to get quite a bit off it before it would cost the same as an Eclipse.I'm probably going to order my mates first (Coming with a blade), and give it a whirl. If it seems nice, i'll go with a blade as well. Hehe, by the time I get enough money for it there won't be any waiting list:)

Hey shadowkiller Paintball Game International did a review of the elcipse cocker(not the blade sorry) recently. It reanked as high as the Evolution. I would shoot both first then make my decision

PGI aka http://www.p8ntballer.com DID do a review on the Blade cocker stating that its one of the best cockers for a reasonable price.... all other high end cockers are more expensive (my choices would've been a bm, blade, or sfl.)

By that time, I presume 2 years max to get the money, don't you think they would come out with a new and improved eclipse cocker?? So you better hurry up a start mowing lawns or something

Actually I believe it was on the single trigger because they compare it to the Evolutions trigger which is a single finger trigger. In the magazine they actually had a picture of a the single finger trigger eclipse either way I love the milling on the eclipse but I'm not sure how they compare to Evolutions as far as efficiency, pneumatic components etc.

Hey since your Dad works for Arrow/Besale ask him where I can get parts for my SOVERIEGN and where to get the New Sov II.
