Confused!?

OK I played at a local field today and there was another guy with a Timmy (intimidator) gun w/88ci tank on it, some weird looking DF and some ceramic J&J barrel (I think), anyways I held the gun and shot it a few times. It defiantly shot nicely, but man.... is it HEAVY! My stinking TL+ is half the weight of that gun. So my question is.....are IMPs (let's say with 66ci or 20oz CO2 tank) as heavy as timmys? And where would the weight of the gun come from.... tank or the gun itself?

impulse isn't heavy, i've never held a timmy but i know impulse aren't heavy. but then again you might not be as strong as me

nope, impulses aren't heavy, but most of the higher end guns weigh more than the spyders or lower guns (not in all cases) because they're made of higher quality parts and bodys. Most of the time they (higher end guns) have more in them too.
