I would get a 98c with bigshot ss barrel, rva, dye dropforward,madman springs, and spend the rest on buying 1000 rounds of paint each week. Remember all paintball guns shoot at the same velocity so I think getting an expensive gun is a waste of money unless you are a pro in tourneys or play speedball only.

buy a titanium ripper timmy, clear ridged grip panels, full freak set ss back, all of the fronts all annoed to match the timmy, 68/4500 conquest, gladiator annoed to match the timmy, chrome DZ II (dunno if this will fit on the conquest), ss hose, LP mod w/ LP chamber, SOB, smoke warp feed wired to the trigger, smoke 12v revvy with turbo rev board, silver game on gear tank cover.

i think that would be pushing the $1500 line though. but that is basically my dream setup.

and as a backup i would have an eclipse aurora blade cocker :D

the owner of my local field owner has a sweet silver bonebrake angel, he let this moron kid with a broken mag use it, god i was jealous of that kid. i shot it a little bit and i wet myself :(

my friend just got his angel back from ripper he got a yellow to silver to blue fade on the annodizing and had all of his barrels annodized to match they were a boomy, freak, and somehting else i think it was a cobra step bore

i have a spyder xtra. it doesnt shoot 15bps, i dont have a hopper that is capable of providing 15bps. i pay for all of my paintball equipment. everyone should listen to you right, and not me. you obviously know a lot about paintball. im sorry, i shouldn't argue with you because you are so much smarter than me.

Hey man, don't worry too much, I wouldn't consider that much of a waste at all. Seriously, all of that stuff, except for the mag, can be used with a new gun...maybe not the barrel, but if you get an emag, yeah. Maybe other people might have spent it on different stuff or gotten a better deal, but hey...live and learn, I doubt you'll make the same mistakes you (theoretically) made here. The two things I would have done different would have been a reg instead of a gas-thru grip, and a v-force mask...top notch fog control for a fraction of the price. I dunno why you'd get two n2 bottles either...doesn't make much sense, but hey, if you wanted, you could buy another marker (maybe like a spyder or something) and then you'd be able to get some of your friends into it without them having to buy their own gear. (cept you'd need another mask too.)

And hey, if worse comes to worst, you can always sell stuff. Mags and other high end guns usually get pretty good resale value.
