Don't expect it to be up monday.

Expect it to be up in 2 weeks, and if it's any sooner, than you'll at least be suprised.

I'm still skeptical about Dragun's service. But mabye that'll change in the next few weeks......

Hey folks, has anyone attempted to get service from them since they were aquired? I have 2 BD's one that's an LED that is my primary marker and another that's a basic that's been out of commission for some time. I was told I could send it to them to get the board replaced (it's fried), but I don't want to send it if I'll never see it again or hear from them. I had great experiences with their service before under the M3 name.

Thanks.

sounds like the the new company made a turn for the best then. hopefully they can build a rep of being a better company than M3.

m3 was actually a good company when it started out. It was some of the techs that actually made it bad IMO. One tech helped me right away and told me that he would send me a new board cuz mines was fried. Then I emailed back to the support and another guy named mike or something said that I had to send my whole gun back in, for what??? just to replace a board, i freakin know how to do it. And it really pissed me off that I specifically wrote the name of the first guy i was talking to, Jim in the subject. Pissed me off that it was none of his business.

I have to admit that I knew very little about M3/Dragun or their product line, until I had the chance to play some ball with George and his crew at different games. He has been the general at 2 games, the thing that impressed me the most about these guys is that they really played a great game. George was very active in missions and giving directions. Most celebrity generals really suck they don't seem to care and they are not really there to play the game. That was not the case with George and his crew. They had a blast and they made the game really great.

After meeting them and rolling a few folks with "G" and Chuck
I wandered down to there BAD ***** trailer and looked at their product line.. I was very impressed with the DragunFly I really liked the milling of the whole line. I am huge fan of Mech triggers and not electro, but I have been looking for a backup/night play marker. I currently shoot an Orracle which I love and would not stop shooting. I think that I am going get me one of the DragunFly line just to have some thing different.

It seemed to me that George and his crew really cared about the player at these games and after meeting them I am sure whatever problems they may have had is/will be resolved. I have looked them in eye and shaken there hands and seen there level of devotion to the customer and the game it self.
They have won my trust and respect with there actions and I would buy any one of the markers with confidence.

Great Job!! George and his crew looking foward to seeing you at more events.
