I wear Nike Ultraccel Vapor FTs...I wish at my work we'd had my size in the Air Zoom Total 90 II HG, but they were also 80 bucks, so I opted for the cooler looking, had in my size, and only 25 bucks(well, more like 21 after my 20% employee discount)...

but, I used to wear Nike ACG trail running shoes and those worked pretty good...but I switched to soccer because cleats get better traction.

baseball shoes defiently, they are made for digging into the ground and sprinting for short distances, defiently baseball cleats

i wood go with either high-top baseball cleats (for ankle protection:eek: ) or football cleats. soccer cleats are just plain ***. go with the baseball cleats:D

I wouls where my adidas soccer cleats..if i wasnt using them for soccer now so i just use old indoor track shoes.

Football high-top cleats hands down. Not only do they provide great ankle support, there made for digging into the ground to get you to where you've got to go w/o slippage.
