I dont notice anything different between these two guns, what is the difference????
the 98 custom is just better suited to take upgrades such as the ones specially made for it go to warpig.com for more details

Most of the diffences are so that you can do three things easier.
1. Add a 2 finger trigger.
2 Add a RT. Makes this a drop in mod rather than having to send your gun to Tippmann.
3. Makes adding an electric kit a drop-in upgrade.
The other differences are cosmetic except for the trigger. The way the trigger is set up in the customs makes it so much easier to do mods too. The rest of the internals were pretty much the same from what I could tell from fieldstripping one.

It's the looks. Custom has some milling done to is, and is silver. But I don't think that's worth the extra money

You can find the Custom for the exact same price if you just look around. BOTH guns come in black and silver, the main cosmetic difference is the removal of the gills from the custom. If you already have a M98 it is not worth getting a Custom because there really is no difference in performance. But if you're considering getting a M98 then get the custom, esp if your considering ever putting an RT or electro trigger on it.
