lapco is the best for the price. very nice barrels. you dont ahve to spend 100 for a better barrel for 50 less.

Bigshot.
Or if you want to fit a little more money into your budget you should the new Powerlite speedline barrels, which are similar to the design of the boomstick.

On the cocker I use with good sized Paint, the Bigshot is unbeatable. Better accuracy than My boomstick. Also with good fit paint I have to turn down the
Sidewinder reg to have to get the velocity down to 280. You use less air.

But let me add:
But right now, I'm waiting to receive the new Equation barrel system with S/S inserts. Hopefully this will be the Cat's Meow for all sizes of paint with excellent accuracy. I've never been very happy with the Freak system which I've owned and sold and tried to buy again. Go figure. But right now for the cocker the Lapco Auotspirt and Bigshot are the most accurate barrels I own with the right size paint. I also own G3 Dream series, Dye, CP and a couple of others.

If you want to save on air you need two things good paint fit and very little porting. Get your self an equation with no proting in the center section and a silencer muzzle. It will be louder than many ppls barrel but it wont matter if they hear you when they are out. To cut the inital outlay just buy the back that fits your paint you typically use and get the others later.
