Do you hear any leaks at all? Listen very carefully... Also, your striker o-ring may be the problem. Whether you can see any damage on it or not, it should be replaced every 2 months or so...

Yes its the big silver thingy under the bolt :) This happened to me once and I just oiled the o rings real good and it fixed the problem, but just to be safe Get some new striker o rings.

well putting a new hose wont chage anything on the gun or the way it shoots as long as its good and doesnt leak but most of the time if the striker o ring goes out it just wont shoot very hard or do like your saying so iwould put a new o ring on that and check the ones on the bolt ......

does the striker take any special type of o-ring? or is a co2 ring fine?

I use co2 o-rings for my striker, but gotta oil it alot. But yes there are striker o rings. Just go to your local pro shop and buy a kit for a spyder, and should have every type of o ring you should need...I think.

Dont oil it to much...Also check your sear for wear, it might not be catching.
