I'm not sure how long this has been out there but I was just doing some lookin around and a new J&J barrel caught my eye...at least i think it's new. I've only read one review about it so i was just wondering if anyone out there has heard about it or actually has it.....and if so, is it any good? It's not on the J&J homepage but is at www.shop4paintball.com and is called the J&J Pro 1. The description says that it is a 14'' one piece barrel, is made of aluminum, places groupings of 8'' at 100 feet consistently, and is one of the most highly polished barrels that they have seen. I think it's around $55 or so. Welp, right now i've got a 14" J&J ceramic and it shoots wonderful so maybe this is somethin worth looking into? Anyone out there heard anything about it? Good or bad?....let me know cause 8" groupings at 100ft sounds pretty darn good and i know J&J puts out quality stuff.
Thanx :atten:

They are pretty old barrels but they are pretty good. I would go for an Excel or a CP barrel though.

Yeah cocker kids right, the Pro-1 is nothing new. In fact, the Pro-1 was the first aftermarket barrel I ever bought, about 2 1/2 years ago. It worked well added accuracy to my Spyder Sonix. I'd say it'd be a good barrel to upgrade to.
