I was wondering if anybody knows how to mount more than one sight at a time on a spyder compact 2 in 1... I have one and my raised sight rail only holds one sight! I have a 4x scope and a laser sight, and switching them around is a pain... Whats the best solution? I read that beaver-tails have 2 side mounds or something, and that would do it... Any better ideas? plz help...

Yes, you can mount but one site at a time. No, beavertails do not have two mounts, as they have nothing to do with it. Beavertails were created for the reason that you can't, or it's really difficult, to adjust the velocity of an Autococker while it's on the gun. Also helps with getting your goggles from getting hit by the cocking rod. Anyhoo, no, you can only mount on site at a time. However, I believe the Spyder Xtra's site rail has one mount on both sides.

The Xtra does have a sight rail on both sides allowing you to mount a sight on each side... getting the part may be difficult though.
The other option is to mount a sight on the side and one on the top. The instructions to do this can be found here:

Mounting one sight on the side and the other on the top would probably be the best idea... a sight on each side of your gun would look weird... but you could look through each one at the same time if you held the gun a certain way.:eyes:

Ahh, one problem with the left-side mount idea... im left handed, so the gun is on the left side, although the laser sight could go there... ill see if badlands carries the spyder extra mount.

Yeah get an xtra rail and mount the laser on the left side if you shoot left handed mainly however this makes the laser sight most likely to get hit with a ball and broken. My advice is ditch the laser sight and just use the scope or if you are seeking fast traget aquistion get an armson pro dot sight. After all laser sight look cool but most fields don't allow them and no scenerios that i know of do.

Get the Xtra beaver tail, and use it along with the top sight rail so you have three sights at once (will need a longer sight rail screw)! One on each side, and one on the top.
You could use a scope, laser, and pro dot at the same time!
Then you would not have to limit what kind of sight to use... because you would have them all on your gun! :finger::agree:
