View Full Version : Detonator reg.

The reg on my omen is leakoing from the bottom part. How do i fix it?

it is leaking from the fitting that goes on the reg? if so, try to unscrew it and then put some teflon tape or loctite around it

If it's not that, call evil. If it's the internal O-rings it should be sent to evil for inspection.

i was at his house when we were tryin to fix it and it isn't the fitting. it's the bottom section of the reg.

the fitting isn't leaking is what i meant. it is coming from the bottom of the reg, where its in like 2 pieces.

ok the reg is fixed we are hoping, now i'm gonna hafta adjust the recock.

well, we thought it was fixed. the leak has stopped, but the ring on the reg won't twist nearly enough(only one turn). so he is gonna send it in.

its not twisting freely cuz the adjustment collar is to tight. when u shut off the airflow all the way, it tightens the bottom and its very hard to turn. jsut loosedn the collar a little bit.

not jsut the screw, u have to turn the regs collar to the right (POV: holding the gun) that should loosen up the bottom part.

thats what i mean. only one complete turn, thats all it will go.
