Have you fiddled with the trigger at all(i.e. jobbed it)? Make sure that all of the pins are in correctly and in the right place, make sure everthing is in tight and nothing is obstructing the bolt and sear. Oil it down to smooth out the action. This has been happening alot lately, I'd hate to think Tippmann is getting shoddy on the newer 98C's that would be a shame.
Take a look at THIS THREAD (http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=171302) it should help you.

Firstly calm down, that's your first problem...if you are angry how do you expect to solve this problem in an orderly and logical fashion? Undo whatever job you did to the trigger especially if you put anything around the pin that the bottom of the sear rests on, put everything back in stock and give it a try that should probably fix the problem. If not, check the thread in my previous reply, that will almost certainly get you up and running again. Otherwise someone else will have to weigh in with more info.
BTW I PM'ed you about the Trigger guard...check your PM's, that's why it says "PM me if you want to deal"

try checking the valves and all the seals in case u have a leak. try lubricating the bolt and the sear that the bolt catches on.

Check all your screws. Make sure they are all tight. Double check the valve screws. If the problem persists, make sure all your o-rings are in good condition.
