Says it available for $35, but honestly, how much can 1 inch lower your profile? Besides the obvious 1 inch shorter, realistically not too much because your loader still has a long neck. I'd rather get the twister feed tubes so I can stop, drop, and roll and still have my loader on when I am on fire :pissed: .

Hey Wolverine, Didn't you have info around the low rise twisters (profiles of low vs high) I would think that would be a better choice! You'd never have your hopper hop out!:D

Twister makes a low and high rise version of the Twister Feed tube. The Low rise is 3/4" shorter or about 1 less ball in the ball stack.

A link to my review of the Twister feed tube can be found in the Impulse FAQ....somewhere towards the bottom.

Beta Boy - as long as your feed tube is threaded (Serial # above 3000) you can unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. The only hard part is that Smart Parts uses Green Loc-tite. Green is stronger than red!

IMO yes.

But my team mate might not agree, his hopper was sanded down to fit a feed tube on a different gun and now even the twister can not grab it tight. It will hold it, but he is still able to move the hopper aroung with a little effort. BUT no tape is required and I know he is happy about that.
