Which do you prefer to use, a battle swab or a squeegie? Care to tell me/us why?
I use a squeegie. I was given one, and I like how it works. Generally one time through the barrel and it's clean. Course I do have to take off the barrel to do it.

Where is the option for both?

You don't always play woods if you don't play tourney.;)

I play tourney and I use my straight shot then follow up with a battle swab.

Never liked just the battle swap...just kind of mops the paint around.
I have had best results with a multiple disc pull squeegie with a swab at the end.

i usually just use a pull through squeegie, but when i dont have the time, i use a battle swab, cause they are cheap.

I only have a squeegee, but I'd like to have a battle swab. Those would be easier for on-field cleaning. Plus, my little brother likes to look like a bunnie, so he'd be happy if I get one.
If you think squeegees are too expensive, you can just get rope and tie pieces of cloth on it. It works well.

Straight shot tucked into my kneepads.
It works great, and is very quick.

Battle swab if I'm in a tight situation, straight shot if I have a little bit of time.

T-Hadnle, isn't exaclty profile friendly when your trying to clean your barrel in a tight bunker, but it's damn good at cleanin it. (not that I have to use it that often ;) )

My reply is actually a lie. I have a Squeegee. but never use it because. I don't chop or break. The Joys of a Cocker that pinches paint.

lvl 10.. but i do have a swab and a 4 disc squeeg for my other mag w/o the lx. i mostly use the swab to clean the gun when i get home.. and as posted before, if im in a tight situation, throw the swab thru it and start unloading... itll clear itself out eventually lol

I stopped bringing my squeegie to the field...
Level 10 owns you. And as long as I don't use BE paint, I don't have barrel breaks.

I use all of the options, I play woods and tourney and i use squeegees adn barrel swabs. I use swabs if i have no time, and a squeegee if I've got a sec.

Well they both clean at the same rate, and the Squeegee cleans better.

the first i had was a pull threw...didnt like it lost it?? i dunno.
the second one i got was a straight shot, liked it, but didnt have anywhere to put it so i couldnt bring it out onto the field with me, then i started using battle swabs, dont like em, use em though. so in conclusion, i hate all of them lol

wouldnt it be nice if all markers were immune to that:rolleyes: and i never chop. my field is constantly using different paint, and im too cheap to buy a barrel kit.

I only chop if I double feed, and even if I do double feed it's still rare. I've got an A/C bolt w/a Halo B so I can keep up. As soon as I get my Cocker Detent on there I'll have no problems.
