Is my fishy an STS?

hey guys
i'm sorta new to owning a gun, and i was looking at getting an STS.
Well i found one on ebay and in the picture it showed a double trigger. I received the gun and it's only a single trigger.
The pictures on the PMI site show all the guns with a double trigger, and the barrel on my gun looks exactly like the STS.

So did the STS's have single triggers as well?
Everything about the gun seems the same except the trigger (not that it bothers me or anything)

and do you have any tips for a newbie :)

the g1 series are the first ones which came w/ single triggers.the g2 and g3 have 2 finger triggers.so you probably got a g1 model.

Yep, you got a G1.

Beware, your sear could wear out very quickly. PMI made some bad sears with the G1 guns. If your gun starts to not re-cock, or sputter, call PMI and ask for a new sear. They will send for free:)

The guy i bought it from only used it 3 times, it's in really good shape. I'm going on the field tonite to see how it performs. Thanks for the heads-up on the sear. :)
