Not one of those parts will make your gun any more accurate.

The ONLY part worth buying in that package is the beavertail...all others dont do jack.

Kinda sounds like a STS upgrade kit, but That shouldnt make your gun any more accurate then it already was. Personally, it isnt worth it to me.

Well I'd have to disagree, the venturi and Ram air would make a difference not necessarily in accuracy but definitely in consistency. If this would be tested a more consistent gun will have a tighter grouping of shots, so more accuracy is a possibility. Some would even argue that the venturi face distorts the ball less then the single hole bolt which could lead to straighter ball flight. The venturi's are also much easier on balls so it reduces the chances of a break from a bad ball or playing during cooler temps when the balls are more brittle.

I don't think you wasted your money.

Ram and bolt really wont help consistancy at all.

Venturi vs. Open face is a huge debate, and it comes down to an opinion, so I wont even get into that.

I volume cell most definatly helps with consistancy during rapid fire. Maybe not so much on a high pressure gun, but will be more noticable with LP. I did run the stock single hole bolt against the venturi and without a doubt the venturi was more consistant.

Piranhas come with open faced bolts? Anyhoo, a venturi bolt is not likely to make your gun more consistent at all. Air is blown through an open faced bolt; air is blown through a venturi bolt. With an open faced bolt, the ball is blown out the barrel; with a venturi bolt, the ball is blown out the barrel. How is there any difference other than air restrictions, and stuff like that? And I'm looking for a logical explanation... :D

Ya I hear ya, and if I didn't do the tests myself, I'd agree with you 100%. I can't say for sure why it is but, I've tested this more then once and get better consistance with the venturi, as show here:

http://www.pdpaintball.com/bolt_Test.htm

The test gun was new as was as all the bolts, so now chance of worn parts or anything. The surfaces of the path of the air flow make a difference as well and this may play a part here.
This winter i'm building a test board that will measure flow mostly for testing valves but maybe I'll through the bolts on and see if anything shows up.

I found the upgrade kit for $38 online. Not every upgrade you get is gonna make your gun shoot better. Some are just to make it more comfortable and to make it easier to use. Just because it doesnt make it more accurate doesnt mean it is worthless. And only Piranha VTL's and BL's come with open face bolts. All other Piranhas come with the venturi.
