i was thinking of upgrades to get, and one of them higher on the list was a regulator. i've heard that palmer stabilizers are good, but they don't have them at allot of the paintbball stores that i looked at, and trust like paintballgear.com. i would appreciate it if you would help me out with which one, i should get. I would like it to be good for co2, and eventually nitro. and lastly what do i need with it besides a vertical adapter? please help, and thanks for posting/reading

the plamer is great definatly get it
you would need new line the vert adapter and the reg to set it up and teflon tape or loctite to keep the line secured

Go with a palmer stablizer, they work great for both co2 an nitro.

My 98c can be viewed through the gallery stickie if you want to see what a Female stabilizer with a ring mount looks like.
goatboyhuyd, can you please list the problems that you have with your marker? I'm curious as to WHY you want to upgrade it with something that costs nearly the price of a new 98, and hopefully avoid getting it if it's unnessecary.

I'd say a palmer stabilizer would be the way to go. For a male you'll need a VA, new hose, teflon tape, tools, and possibly loctite.
