I currently have a Rebel, recently, I took a direct hit to the ball detent and it broke right off.I have had other problems too. I cant get the velocity above 230 and When i went to play yesturday I had to use a rental because my detent broke off. I am very disapointed in its quality. I would much rather have a spyder xtra or shutter. I dont know why I got the Rebel in the 1st place. I have abour 330 bucks to spend. Any help please?
P.S. I know I have another "what should I get" post, so just ignor that other one.
Thanks!

well replace the detent and sell it if you could find someone :D
and if you still thinking of getting a spyder get a spyder xtra...
it comes in vert feed and comes with nice green anno and just upgrade it with the money left over...
or you could save a bit more and get a cocker (i would do that instead)

For $330 you could pick up a really nice mag. I actually have one that I might sell. E-mail me or pm me if you want it.
Mags are very simple, and will perform better than an upgraded spyder right off the bat.
Heres a Pic of the spare I might sell.

Save up a bit more (A hundred dollars I think) and buy an Impulse. They're the best performers on a budget, and electros are actually very simple to deal with. Especially the impulse which has no low pressure regulator. The maintenance on these things is so simple it isnt funny

people have told me that 6 months of playing is too little for an impulse. considering that..... what do u think?

I had played paintball twice before I got my Impulse. If you really like paintball, ignore those people and get one anyway, and if they tell you that maintinance will be hard, laugh at them.

Impy, I private messaged you about the mag.
As far as people telling you you have not played long enough for a high end gun, ask yourself if you like the sport and want to play on a regular basis. If the answer is yes, then get what you want to get.
