I'm debating whether to get a Smart Parts All American or a Big Daddy barrel for my Sterling STP. I've heard nothing but praise about the AA but not too many people have said anything about the Big Daddy. Has anyone out here ever used it? If so, what are the results of your experience with it? Is it as quite and accurate as the AA? Any other info you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I havent had experience with the big daddy, but I have had some with the Smart parts AA. And this barrel is really good. Extremely accurate and quiet.

The Big Daddy is a mix of the top-of-the-line smart parts barrels: All American and Teardrop. Sounds like a good barrel to me. (I love my AA:love: )

Thanks for the info, I was just beginning to think my thread was dead! So far I have found zero people who have actual experience with the Big Daddy so I decided to go with the AA. Smart parts told me their #1 seller is the 14" AA and suggested that I get the BD only if I liked the look better than the AA. I couldn't justify the $30 extra for looks... So ordered a 14" midnight green splashed AA.
