I have a new 2k3 BKO that i bought from www.firstcallpaintball.com and its stock except for vapor valve and vapor ram cap. Every time i shoot my gun lk 10 balls per second it chops, do you know what could be happening? if this helps my pressure is at 220 psi and my lpr is turned in until it leaks and then out another half turn

i chopped with my Evo2 also, u probably have some blowback, i did, to test for it, put one ball in the feed neck and put a tissue square over th opening, when u shoot, if the tissue fly off u have blowback, or u can put 3 balls in the feed tube and if they jump (not just shake a little) but shoot in to the air, then u have blowback, i cut a groove in my bolt and put an oring on it, or u need a vapor bolt

I decided that since my stock bolt already had blow back, and I would eventually buy a vapor bolt, I would have nothing to loose by doing this mod.

I started with a small hack saw, the blade being about 1/2 of 1 cm wide, and i slowly started to saw it as close to the front of the bolt as possible. I suggest using a pen or marker to draw a guide line around the bolt. Before you start hacking away, get a small o-ring, it's one to two sizes smaller that a normal asa o-ring and costs about 55 cents at do-it center or home-depot. Start sawing until you can put the o-ring in and it's nearly flush with the rest of the bolt. If it's too big of a fit, just keep sawing until the bolt fits into the breach with little resistance, but becareful not to cut through the bolt.

With just one o-ring on, it completely elliminated any and all blowback, and i dident have to turn my lpr up to compensate for any extra resistance due to the o-ring.

If you are uncomfortable with doing this, you can send your bolt to me and i'll do it for $5.

I think you'd be better off buying a vapor bolt :-)
