Hmmmm, dillema...

Ok folks, heres the deal. Ive been playin for two years and I can admit I quite frankly suck, this could be because I havent played enough or Im yet to develop better PB skills. For instance, today I went to the field and go no one out except my friend in a 1 vs 1 match:| . Well heres the thing, first I think my gun may be part of the problem, it is a 68 mag powerfeed (classic), it cant shoot very fast, it a pain to AIM w/ the powerfeed, and I dunno, it just doesnt seem to shoot as straight and accurate as other guns, this, I wanna get another gun. Well today I saw a Matrix at the field and when the guy shootin it walked the trigger it was the fastest firing gun Ive seen in person, so I immediately considered one of these as a gun choice. I have a B day coming up, and with my B day money and with maybe some help from my parents I can afford one before they only sell 1000 dollar DYE ones. So heres my dillema, what should I do. I think it would be stupid to have a high end gun and suck, yet, If I wait to long I will no longer be able to get one of the 600 dollar Trix's, only the 1000 dollar DYE ones. So waht do u guys think, get experience before gun, or get the gun soon, Peace!

you dont need a high end gun just get a e-99 and a new barrel plus electic hopper and you should be fine and if you still cant shoot anybody you just suck

i think that you should just go out and play, and if anything, get a new barrel. if that doestn work, sell and buy something nice.....

Get better first and make sure you can handle a higher end gun. Remember its more the Player than the gun.

I would keep the mag, and just keep playing with it. There is nothing wrong with your gun; you just need to keep practicing.

When you have become a better player, then you can decide if you want to upgrade your gun or get a different one completely.

the only way to get better is to learn from experience. Written words can only go so far. Just spend some of the money on upgrades, and the rest goin out onto the feild to play. Watching games can also give you a view from outside the feild. You can see what works, and what doesnt work, and apply that to your game.

practice your aim by shooting targets. Set up some empty plastic soda bottles and practice shooting at it. Once you can hit it consistantly try running and shooting at it. Try different things. You could also make target practice a game. Get your friend or friedns to play with you and fill your hoppers with 20 or so paintballs each. Then go one at a time and see who can score the most poitns. Have targets at different ranges and different sizes. My brotheres and I did this and it was a lot of fun. um did my post get deleted ?? oh and yes i did pass english i am just very bad a typing on a computer yes i did pass and the only class that i am failing is math so hahahah oh and connor your gun doesnt effect how you play man its you that makes the differnece you gun is like a base ball bat i mean if you get a different bat it wont make you run faster or hit harder a new paintball gun wont make you a smaller target or make you have better stamina or speed or shoot faster or make you a better player connor not to sound like a freak but if you noticed some teams dor eally good wiht entry level guns like bad company or some stalk class teams thay are good player the GUN DOESNT MATTER AT ALL

I think you should trick out your Mag with the money.

Just get a ULE body and x valve and you are set for 500. Upgrade one at a time. First get a ule body, then the x valve, then the grip. Maybe in between get a nice barrel with inserts. Upgrade SLOWLY. Also look at strategy guides and tips on the internet for paintball.

NOT to be rude but you guys dont even now pball wizz i went to school wiht him for a year and i see him at the field all the time and i dont think his problem is his gun . I think that his problem is confidence connor you think that your not good at paintball ( not to give you a big head ) but if you think your good than you give your self confidence and (not to sound like a freak i mean i am not a physchistrist) than you now you can do well and you run faster you arnt brought down bye what people say about your skill .. any way your gun doesnt really make a difference ... oh and guys none of you no connor i mean PBALLWIZZ like most likly none of you have ever met him or talked to him or played wiht him etc so you dont no !!! oh and arcum i got one for you . just wait arcum you live in rhode island its a small state so were bound to see each other at least once oh and revenge will be fast a involve alot of people wiht baseball bats and some chinise ninja monkeys with pointed chopsticks !!!! just rember when you least excpect it arcum when you least excpect it revenge....

Heres what I think Im gunna do. Im gunna get uprades fer the mag, like a no rise body, or just a stock vert feed, with one of Docs mag to cocker barrel adaptors, and a good barrel kit, then Im gunna play more, then around Christmas, Ill try to get an E mag (providin Im good enough). What u guys think of that?

The best I could discern, that was directed to me, although he left out several letters...But judging from his infinite mastery of grammar, I should have expected no less. Also, I want to know exactly when I said I live in Rhode Island? Actually, I'm from Texas.
