Pretend money is not an issue. What is better to buy a tapeworm or a LPR? I dont know what ither of them do very well. the Impulse FAQ sight has very little info on LPR kits. TEll me how they help me.

tapeworm or LPR..... I would go with the LPR.

More efficient
fixes bolt stick and INCREASES air flow (tapeworm restricts it)
adjustable internal pressure/energy

But if money is not an issue, and you have one that is capable, you may want to check out the VFF, it's a bit better than the tapeworm...... for more info on both of them, see FOM's post in the following thread. http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=174585

LPR all the way. I've tried both and i love my ND lpr setup. a LPR just directs air into a regulator before it goes to the noid so you can adjust the noid/bolt pressure seperate from the valve pressure. A tape worm helps bolt stick but doesn't eliminate it and all it does is prevent air from getting sucked away from the solenoid. I would definately go for a LPR kit.
