Sputtering Problem...

So I made the Bolt Mods, Ala SuprBugman(if you know who he is), and haven't made any other mods to the internals yet, but if I fire the gun without paint in it, it doesn't recock right away. Is this simply a recharging problem that would be fixed by addition of a LPC.
Also, is there anyway to fix this with a spring kit? I've cut one rung off of the stock main spring, and just bought a 32 degress spring kit.

Also, this happened even after removing the Vigy and screwing the bottle straight into the ASA

make sure your tank is filled Co2 or HPA whatever u use. Your spring might be to tight. Also make sure their is no drag on your bolt and valve pin.
I hade to polish down the valve pin and bolt so their was no drag, make sure everything is oiled
