How long have you waited on pbgear?

:pissed: PBGear is so good because of selection, and when they HAVE IT in stock, it's really quick shipping. BUT, my barrel has been back ordered for 3 weeks now and they said it might be another 2-3 weeks more. Whats the longest have you guys waited on stuff to come back in stock at pbgear? :mad:

decent prices, awesome place, My orders come in around 2-3 days afterwards. I have heard that they don't like to update their stock though, besides that I have never had any trouble with them (ordered from them 5 times). I guess people should just be careful and look at if its in stock. Its kinda a chance to take, i am not sure if 3-4 weeks wait would be worth it sometimes

I think on some items www.xpaintball.com prices are similar or even lower. Depends on what you are looking for. I would see if you can find that same barrel you ordered at another store for the same price and get it from there instead. Depends on if you want to wait or not. Ihavent had any problems with pbgear though. I bought from them once and recieved my products in 3 days

Most of the things I get my dad to order are in stock, but if they're not, they usually are in stock in a few days to a week. I've never had problems with PBgear, but I'm thinking about starting to buy from local paintball shops. All these people complaining about PBgear has got me paranoid...

If the item is back ordered don't plan on ever getting it. I have never heard of anyone getting a back ordered item. I would cancel the order and buy it somewhere else.

I wish I could but pbgear.com is the only site I found that has exactly what I want: .689 Nickel CP Autococker back and 14 inch polished red front.

Waited 3+ months for a backorderd automag body rail.

The problem isn't always with the store, but sometimes with the supplier...:| In my case, benchmark took forever having new ones made.

Pbgear has always been pretty good to me otherwise.

Im still waiting on my backorderd magno blade trigger, its been about 3 months now and I have not goten it yet. But if you buy in stock items they are fast to ship, so just dont buy out of stock items from them and you'll be fine.

Whenever one of my items that I buy from Pbgear.com is backordered I just call their customer service and have them cancel the item. It's much better having the entire order put on hold for an item or two.

Maybe you shouldn't order things out of stock :P

Call em up and ask when it should be back in stock. If it isn't soon, cancel your order. What barrel did you purchase?

Well I asked them before I ordered and they said it would only be a week before they got them back in stock. It's been 3 weeks now. I ordered a Custom Products 2 Piece and the .689 back piece is out of stock. I can't find any other sites then pbgear.com that sell them. I emailed CP but they haven't responded yet.

Call Pb Gear every other day, until they give you a consistent answer. Then wait for the deadline to pass then call again.

the first thing i ordered from them was my first marker, an e-99 (ok, so it's my only marker but still). when i got an email saying it was back-ordered i sent them a message via the support page on their site and the next day they emailed me again saying they just got the new shipment of e-99s and a week later, my bebe arrived.

that's the longest time i've ever waited. but now i don't have to order anything online because my local shop will special-order all my paintball crap for me and at a lower price than pbgear (i'm a regular & they want to keep it that way).

I've made a lot of orders from paintballgear, and everytime they said there item was in stock my order went out the next day. Another good site to order from that I used to was www.shop4paintball.com
