I currently own a BKO and I am wanting to buy a backup marker (Preferably mechanical and in the range of a Autococker).
I was thinking Autococker, but I am not so mechanically inclined. Is the Autococker as hard to work on as some make it out to be?
Also, are there any other markers out there that you would recommend for a backup to an electro?

i would get a spyder for a back up gun if u want elctro cause its just a back up or u could just buy another bko cause there not that expencive cockers are more than those.

the only marker a cocker should be a backup to is another cocker.
a spyder is a reliable backup at a very low cost.

tippmann custom 98 with ebolt, hands down one of the most reliable guns out there:) its pretty pricy as a backup though, so an e-99 spyder would be pretty good

If you had a cocker why would you want it as a backup for the BKO? Anyways you can get a Spyder Esprit for $95 or the Imagine for $120 with very short trigger pulls and then upgrade to a new barrel and regulator and if thats not enough their are still a ton of upgrades for them.

it doesn't make much sence to buy a backup marker that would probably be worth more than your primary marker.
I would say save up for a better gun and make your BKO your backup at that point

A cocker is a solid choice because you may later find you need a higher-end gun than your BKO. I think your BKO put up to a stock cocker is better, but if you drop a couple upgrades onto a cocker (eBlade) you've got an instantly-capable tournament-ready marker.
